Frank Pickard 1

Frank Pickard is the author of five works of fiction and a textbook. He was an academic administrator and professor for many years before turning full time to his writing. Frank lives in Tucson, Arizona and has two children and two gorgeous grandchildren -- aren't they always gorgeous. A third grandchild is on the way.
