Dan Rix lives in Santa Barbara, California with his wife, paranormal romance author Laura Thalassa. He loves fall and Halloween, because he was born in October and is fascinated by all things spooky, including books. He started writing his first novel in college while procrastinating his architecture studio work. He writes YA series with a sci-fi twist and especially enjoys creepy concepts.
